Sony Honda Mobility showed the latest version of its Afeela EV

Since the technology company began manufacturing electric vehicles, the vehicle itself has ceased to be the means of transportation. the vehicle has become a platform just like a cell phone, well more than a cell phone but exactly the same evolutionary path. the manufaturer and the consumer are paying more attention to the entertaiment and interaction function.

Lately, Sony Honda Mobility showed the latest version of its Afeela EV at Sony's CES 2024 press conference, the car itself was driven on the stage by a Play Station dual sense controller.

Afeela won't be on the road until 2026, but given the pace of EV technology updates and more players getting into the game, it's hard to say how much of the market will be left for Afeela by then.
